OUR STORY
We are Greg & Amber Schall, and are the owners and operators of our business, we have 6 children together and two grand children so far, our youngest is a 8th grader at Indian Creek Middle School, we often will close according to school closures to spend some quality family time with him before he decides parents are embarrassing, We have been established since 2014 and owned and operated Gigi's Sugar Shack in Franklin, even though we are still Gigi's Sugar Shack LLC we do business as Wildflour Bakehouse to reflect more of all we have to offer not just sweets, We are a family owned and operated business, we are from this area and live in the lakes, Our Bakehouse offers indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting) We serve Breakfast and Lunch, Artisan Espresso Coffee, Latte's and Cappuccino's, we also have the thickest & Tastiest hand breaded Tenderloin this side of 31, we do offer Grab N Go Deli options, Gift Certificates are available to use for our food and gift shop full of items from Ribbons & Vines Studio. We make Hand Poured Soy Candles and have other Handcrafted local Vendors. Come on in we look forward to serve you!
